My story

I studied dance in England which deepened my fascination of the human body. I have always been intrigued by the way the body moves and flows through space, how it is capable of adapting to its surrondings and response to emotional and physical challenges with strength and also graciousness.I fell in love with the fitness industry and I am able to assist people I work with to create a strong and harmonious body. I love to inspier beauty, strength and focus. I pursued a fitness career and began teaching classes in various gyms, and later became a certified personal trainer. I enjoy the dynamic classes I teach, however realized I also wanted to incorporate a more peaceful practice of training the body. This is when pilates came into my life, a perfect balance of core strengh, stability and flexibilty. The combination of my experience in dance, strenght training and pilates helps me and the poeple I work with achieve their fitness goals for the long term.
